Modern system of state forensic institutions in Ukraine. The basic directions of improvement of their activity

Abstract
The modern state of the system of state forensic institutions in Ukraine is analyzed. The legislative and departmental legal and regulatory framework of the subjects of forensic activity is investigated. Some comments and suggestions were made regarding the main directions for improving their activities.
