MODERN TECHNOLOGIES OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT: COMPETENT APPROACH

Abstract

In the article a systematic analysis of the concepts of " attribution" and "competence" was made, the components of competence and their functions were substantiated. The peculiarities of the competence approach and its use in personnel management on the example of enterprises of the healthcare sector are investigated.
