Modern view on the subject of administrative law and legal relations in the field of ensuring the integrity of judges

Abstract
The article contains an analysis of the issues of regulation of legal relations related to ensuring the integrity of judges. The article traces the development of approaches to the essence of the subject of administrative law in the Soviet legal science and in the science of administrative law of Ukraine. Evidence is provided that a feature of the modern understanding of the subject of administrative law is the assignment to its subject of relations related to the functioning of the public administration. The author justifies that one of the criteria by which certain types of legal relations are proposed to be included in the subject of study of administrative law is public interest. It is concluded that the relationship in the field of ensuring the integrity of judges is essentially administrative and legal.
