MODERN WAYS TO DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTIVE PERFECTIONISM AND PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY OF OFFICER

Abstract
The psychological ways of development of constructive perfectionism and professional identity of an officer are considered. The modern psychological technologies of optimization of perfectionist personality guides are investigated. The models of psychological support of professional development of personality of perfectionist are considered. Describes variants and stages of psychological trainings for the development of professional identity of specialists of different profiles. The professional way of developing constructive perfectionism and professional identity of a modern officer is based on a professional-oriented training based on the model of the interrelation of their indicators.
