MORAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT YOUTH IN THE PROCESS OF FORMING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AT THE EXTRACURRICULAR WORK

Abstract
In spite of the constant improvement at the system of physical education and sport level of the motivation to self-improvement is at a low level, it is necessary to work out a system of incentives as in a high school, as well as in extracurricular time. The pedagogical process has to based on the flexible tools and methods of teaching to evolution of personality with the different level of physical and psychical abilities. The article notes that the shift of emphasis from public education to self-education and self-improvement is the most important difference between the current educational system. Self-realization of each student with priority health values is a complex integration process associated with the statement of the individual. This requires that teachers of high school need to create comfortable conditions for learning in high school. The teacher should support students in their striving for improvement, self-development and create such pedagogical conditions that encourage students to motivate a healthy lifestyle, both during training sessions at a higher education institution and during free time. The moral development of future specialists implies purposeful self-development, the need to do moral actions, appeal to spirituality and harmonize the inner world of a person. Values, principles and norms adopted by the student, go into its internal qualities. It is determined that the work aimed at the formation of leisure activities of students with the purpose of forming a subculture in an institution of higher education is one of the types of motivation for a healthy lifestyle of students. The main pedagogical task is to form students with a certain system of views on life, where health is one of the most important values.
