Abstract
Social morality in terms of cognitive anthropological approach is considered as an object of criminal protection and spiritual security element of society. Security approach to the phenomenon of morality allowed to find outthe main elements of the dogmatic analysis of criminal prohibitions and axiological assessment of the ineffective existence of the criminal law.
