Journal Title: International Journal of Contemporary Management - Year 2012, Vol 11, Issue 3
Abstract
W artykule zaprezentowane zostały wyniki badań jakościowych procesu podejmowania menedżerskich decyzji, które zawierają komponent moralnego wyboru. W wyniku analizy przeprowadzonej na zbiorze 50 wypowiedzi menedżerów liniowych – zebranych techniką wywiadu częściowo ustrukturalizowanego, którego scenariusz oparto na technice zdarzeń krytycznych – wyróżniono i scharakteryzowano trzy perspektywy decyzyjne, nazwane umownie perspektywą: „racjonalności menedżerskiej”, „moralnego działania” i „indywidualnych korzyści”.
