Morphological Changes of Pulmonary Bloodstream in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

Abstract
The pathomorphological investigation of pulmonary vessels found the changes being developed in diabetic microangiopathy in other organs and affecting firstly the morphological structures responsive for respiratory exchange. In our investigation the plasmorrhagia and hyalinosis of vascular walls with the development of the nodular arteriolohyalinosis were the main pathomorphological manifestations of pulmonary diabetic microangiopathy.
