MOTIVATION CONSTITUENT OF PARTNERSHIP RELATIONSHIP WITH PERSONNEL AS INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of establishing partnerships with the staff as internal stakeholders of the enterprise through the forming an effective motivational mechanism. The comparison of the minimum and average wages in Ukraine with the corresponding indicators of the EU member states has been compared. The emphasis is stressed on such methods of stimulating the work activity of the staff as creating a favorable microclimate in the team, forming a social package, the use of systems of employee participation in enterprise profits and non-standard motivation. The principles of establishing partnership with the personnel have been outlined. The expediency of using management in the style of coaching has been emphasized, which will positively influence satisfying the personnel's requirements in recognition, authority and self-realization.
