MOTIVATION INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE CULTURE ON THE STRONGLY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL

Abstract
The article substantiates the motivational influence of corporate culture on the operation and development of the enterprise. Much attention is paid to the motivational impact of corporate culture on the professional development of staff. The main motivating factors of corporate culture are highlighted. The professional, social, personal directions of personnel development at the enterprise are considered. The importance of introducing a system of professional development of personnel at Ukrainian enterprises is shown.
