MOTIVATION OF FOREIGN STUDENTS AS ONE OF THE MAIN PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF SUCCESS OF TEACHING UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE

Abstract
The article discusses the problem of motivation, the features of the process to consider the factors forming the motivation for studying Ukrainian language, the role of motivation in the development of personal and professional qualities of foreign students. The success of teaching foreign students to the Russian language in the aspect of training the future specialist for professional work is considered. A theoretical approach to the definition of the concept of "motivation" and "success" are presented by the most important scientific theories of motivation. The concepts of are defined from the point of view of well-known scientists, a pedagogical vision of the formation of motivation as one of the main psychological factors for the success of teaching foreign students in a non-linguistic institution is proposed.
