Motivational climate of political participation: to the definition of the concept

Abstract
The concept of motivational climate of political participation is analyzed in the article and are also are probed its connection with the concepts of motivational discourse, stimulus, stimulation, demotivation. Influence of motivational climate is substantiated on motivation and degree of political activity. Human`s political activity is stimulated by both internal (political necessities) and external motivators (political parties, state and political figures, authorities, public organizations, etc). With the help of different instruments of influence the last ones can intensify or vice versa, to ease the level of human`s political activity. Also motivation of political activity is formed by other factors – features of political development of country; transformation of reasons of subject; directives, system of political values and orientations of subject of policy. External motivators form the proper attitude to the political sphere which motivate people to be a part of this sphere or to ignore, creating such concept as motivational climate of political participation. It is determined that the terms of transformation society influence on a confidence and faith of citizens to power and stipulate forming of demotivational climate of human`s political participation. Attention is paid on meaning “mental map” of Ukrainians in forming of motivational climate of political participation. It is separately indicated the motivational problems of users of social networks, especially youths. It is marked on importance of political culture of both ordinary man and society, and also on efforts of political elite directed on creation of general atmosphere of achievement of success in a political sphere which explains political participation of man.
