Motivational factors of improvement of the quality of education in Ukraine

Abstract
of this field of study is justified. The main factors of influence on the quality of education are identified. The analysis of an actual situation in the sphere of educational services in Ukraine is conducted. The ways of improvement of the motivational system for participants of educational process are proposed. The empowerment of motivational factors on the quality of education is emphasized. The justified motivational factors which are taken into account will give the opportunity to improve the educational quality and to enhance the general level of the educational quality in Ukraine.
