Abstract
In the article investigational modern looks are to the theory of municipal low, which is the product of becoming and reformation of the political system of Ukraine, re-erecting of democratic institutes of public authorities, claim of progressive principles of the economic system. Certainly, that a municipal low is the complex field of law, which is a body corporate and politic of laws, which regulate public relations, which are folded in the process of organization and functioning of local self-government, and also realization of forms of direct democracy in relation to the decision of questions of local value. The analysis of modern political situation is also executed in the state and to the unsatisfactory functioning of organs of public authorities, for more deep scientific comprehension of prospect of development of local self-government in the aspect of decentralization of public authorities.
