МУЗЕЙ ІСТОРІЇ ХНАУ ІМЕНІ В.В. ДОКУЧАЄВА ЯК ОБ’ЄКТ КРАЄЗНАВЧО-ТУРИСТИЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

Abstract
Golikova O.M., Pavlova T.G., Kravtsov A.I., Krassovska O.Y. The historical museum of the KhNAU named after V.V. Dokuchaiev as an object of regional studies and tourism activity. The purpose of the research is to study the history to form the historical museum of KhNAU as a research, cultural and educational subdivision of the university, and to find out the potential of the KhNAU historical museum as an object of regional studies and tourism activity concerning the task to increase the tourist attractiveness of Kharkiv region. The publication proves that the main tasks of the museum are: 1) the formation of a integral scientific worldview to understand the laws of the development in agrarian education and science as a unique historical and cultural phenomenon; 2) studying the history of the KhNAU as the oldest in Ukraine and one of the first European higher education establishment, which was formed in the Pan-European process of higher agricultural education and science formation; 3) the understanding formation for the applicants about their own involvement in the history of the university and responsibility for its future. Studying the history of KhNAU allows to analyze and generalize the experience of more than 200 year tradition of continuous higher agricultural education and science. This circumstance actualizes the task of scientific comprehension in the history of the higher educational establishment as a unique educational-scientific-and-production complex of the agrarian sector in Ukraine, whose past is a common cultural, educational and scientific heritage in modern Ukraine, Poland and Russia. The author revealed the potential of the KhNAU historical museum as an object of regional studies and tourism activity concerning the task to increase the tourist attractiveness of the Kharkiv region and concluded that there was a need to expand the scientific, research, cultural and educational contacts of the KhNAU historical museum with other museums in the region. Modern information development of a society creates new conditions for the popularization of KhNAU as a modern educational and scientific complex with unique traditions of agrarian education and science. The scientific and methodical council of the museum introduces innovative approaches in its activity. They are to enhance the role of the museum in the cultural and educational environment of the region (virtual exhibitions - exhibit materials were presented on the site of KhNAU, adjusting connections with visitors, etc.). The promising direction of the museum work is the joint studies organization of Ukrainian and Polish scientists to study and publish archival materials about the history of KhNAU, which are permanently stored in the State Archives of the Kharkiv region.
