Myasthenia Gravis Hasta Timektomi sonra Otoimmün ooforit Kararı

Abstract
Myastenia gravis (MG), asetilkolin reseptörlerine karşı otoantikorlar ile karakterize otoimmün bir hastalıktır . MG genellikle izole bir hastalık ama diğer otoimmün hastalıklar ile birlikte oluşabilir. Biz, sekonder amenore ile kliniğimize başvuran ve otoimmün ooforit tanısı MG on sekiz yaşındaki kız açıklanmaktadır . Onu myastenik belirtileri antikolinesteraz tedavi ile çözmek etmediğimizden, timektomi yapıldı. Timektomi sonra, onun regl, herhangi bir hormon replasman tedavisi olmadan düzenli olmuştur . Bizim bilgimize göre, bu hormon tedavisi olmadan, erken yumurtalık yetmezliği timektomi sonra çözülmesi kime otoimmün over yetmezliği ve MG olan bir hastada ilk rapor .
