Nanomaterials based Electrodes for Electrochemical Sensor

Abstract

Carbon nanoparticles and Zinc oxide material is a unique material for marking electrode for electrochemical sensing of heavy metal ions in the water. Carbon has unique properties. We proposed simple method for preparation of Carbon nanoparticles and Zinc oxide thin film. XRD and SEM is done for structural analysis. SEM analysis shows Carbon nanoparticles are fine grained and ZnO thin film shows oval shaped particles. XRD analysis shows polycrystalline nature of samples.
