NATIONAL POLICE ACTIVITY IN THE AR EA OF ENVIRONMETAL PROTECTION

Abstract
Activity of the National police is considered in the field of providing of ecological safety and guard of natural environment. The place of natural environment is marked in the system of objects of legal safeguard. Certain normative base in accordance with that adjusting of relations comes true in the field of the guard of natural environment. The analyzed Law of Ukraine provisions are “About the National police” in part that regulates these legal relationships. Problem questions are also distinguished and grant of suggestions in relation to their decision.
