NATURAL PERSONAS A CONSUMER UNDERTHE CONTRACT FOR PERSONAL SECURITY GUARDING

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of the legal status of the consumer as a party to a contractfor personal security guarding. The legal nature of the contract for security guarding of natural person(consumer) is analyzed. The rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties are defined.
