Nature of changes aerobic capacity organism students engaged in jogging at low intensity

Abstract
The analysis of changes in the VO2 max of students who used jogging as part of physical education lessons during one year is represented in this article. Students of a technical university took part in the research: male students (n=193) and female students (n=62) who attend the main group. The characteristic of changes in the VO2 max of students with different levels of fitness is obtained. It gave a chance to calculate a table for predicting the changes in the VO2 max of students who do low-intensity runs during physical education lessons.
