Nature of The Atom

Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS - Year 2019, Vol 16, Issue 1

Abstract

The atom as a subject is the most difficult of all subjects and for its many variations extremely large and the most incomprehensive of all phenomena. Nor so I fear will we ever come to a full understanding of it, nor even the half thereof. Yet we must make a start somewhere to learn the principle fashion of its nature and operation that for what I have seen is mostly misunderstood. I now am not enabled to reveal what exactly the atom is, nor how it precisely operates under all conditions, but I am able to grant us a more realistic look into the nature of the atomic nature.

In connection with recent studies of extremely long-living spin-cyclotron excitations (actually magneto-excitons) in a quantum Hall electron gas, we discuss contribution to the light-absorption related to the presence of...

The necessary and sufficient condition for the stability of a rigid body

In this paper, the stability of the unperturbed rigid body motion close to conditions, related with the center of mass, is investigated. The three first integrals for the equations of motion are obtained. These integrals...

Comparative Analysis of SAR and Temperature Rise within Head Tissues Exposed to Radiofrequency Radiation From GSM Transceiver Base Station in South-South Nigeria.

In this study, measurement of radiofrequency exposure due to cellular transceiver base station antennas was carried out. Both far and near field measurements of electric field and magnetic field level were made around se...

On the mathematical necessity of the co-existence of electromagnetic fields of the non-standard polarity with the standard electromagnetic fields in the case of the existence of Dirac monopoles

In this brief note we adduce the mathematical rationale of the necessity of the existence of the electromagnetic field of the non-standard polarity if the magnetic charges (Dirac monopoles) exist in reality.

Image comparisons among analysis, simulation and experimental solutions about stress distribution in rings loaded by multiple symmetrical radial forces

The theorem of energy valley state and a particular solution of Airy biharmonic equation will be used in the stress analysis in the rings loaded by the multiple- fold symmetrical forces to obtain stresses formulas. The v...
