The result of this study is explain that health workers most frequently use four types of sentence to express politeness to patients: declarative, imperative, interrogative, and exclamative. Declarative sentences are the most common, as they allow healthcare workers to share information or updates respectfully and courteously, creating a polite and comfortable communication environment. This type of sentence allows the health worker to convey instructions or details about the procedure in an informative yet non-coercive manner.
