A REVIEW OF 3.3- 5 GHz CMOS LNA USING DIFFERENT TOPOLOGIES
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Research Technology - Year 30, Vol 5, Issue 5
Abstract
This paper presents the literature review of designing LNA using different topol-ogies. Designing very highperformance LNAs is an active research area and is of crucial importance for wireless technologies. Most important parameters considered in any LNA are Gain,Noise figure, Linearity and Input Output impedance Matching.
