Abstract
Pe lîngă șirul de avantaje al tratamentului vital al pulpei dentare într-o ședință sub anestazie locală, medicii continuă să practice metode de tratament a unor pulpopatii în cîteva ședințe, prin metoda devitală, ținînd cont că aceasta din urmă are prioritățile sale de aplicare în maladii generale concomitente cu anumite pulpopatii, cînd anestezia locală este restricționată sau contraindicată.
