LYMPHOEPITHELIOMA LIKE CARCINOMA OF KIDNEY – A RARE ENTITY

Abstract
Lymphoepithelioma, otherwise known as poorly differentiated carcinoma commonly occurs in nasopharynx. Tumors with similar morphology occur at salivary gland, stomach, thymus, urogenital system and lung which are known as Lymphoepithelioma like carcinoma (LELC) Its incidence in kidney is extremely rare. We describe here a report, to our knowledge, the seventh case of Lymphoepithelioma like carcinoma occurring in kidney (LELC).
