Niedostatki wiedzy menedżerskiej jako potencjalna przyczyna porażki przedsiębiorstwa typu start-up – analiza przypadku

Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono sytuację młodej, innowacyjnej firmy, w której wiodącymi kompetencjami są kompetencje techniczne. Brak kompetencji o charakterze menedżerskim przekłada się na nieumiejętne zarządzanie projektami, a co za tym idzie tworzy sytuację zagrożenia dla funkcjonowania całej firmy. Analiza przypadku poprzedzona jest krótkim opisem sytuacji małych przedsiębiorstw w pierwszych latach funkcjonowania wraz z analizą przyczyn niepowodzeń tego typu podmiotów gospodarczych.
