Abstract
Leziunile de furcație sunt extrem de complicate de tratat prin mijloace regenerative și rezective deopotrivă. Aceste maladii sunt mult mai complicate de a fi tratate dacă dintele prezintă și leziuni odontale masive ce necesită un tratament restaurator protetic – în special o coroană de înveliș, și cu atât mai complicate dacă procedeul de alungire coronară este recomandat.
