State Budget Borrowing Requirements

Abstract
Only an attempt of the retrospective look at reasons for growing of borrowing needs of the state treasury, their height, structure and an influence are a purpose of the article to the national debt and costs of his service in 2001–2011 years and the answer to a question the introductions concerning the legitimacy of borrowing needs as additional „official” measures of the fiscal imbalance. In discussed years they almost in 91% were responsible for the increase in the debt of the state treasury, while the state budget only about 67%. High remaining borrowing needs – caused with repurchase of the debt- undoubtedly negatively influenced the evaluation of the market and costs of new loans
