Abstract
У статті розглянуто теоретико-методологічні підходи формування соціо-еколого-економічних стратегій розвитку міських територій. Запропоновано загальні принципи їх розробки та основні науково-організаційні принципи територіального розвитку. Встановлено цільові орієнтири, які можуть бути виражені в інтегральних показниках розвитку міських територій. Запропоновано принципові напрями діяльності та завдання кожної складової соціо-еколого-економічного розвитку міських територій.
