The EBC monetary policy towards institutional transformations in the eurozone

Abstract
The article focuses on an exhibition and characteristics of the Eurosystem new initiatives directed for increasing the stability of the banking sector of the eurozone - in particular on concept of the banking union. The direct aim of the article is the identification of the effects of these changes in the ECB procedural and systemic monetary policy. The real economy of the euro area stays constantly under the influence of the huge public debt, and therefore the EBC is maintaining the extraordinary monetary policy. The observed lack of systemic barriers for financial instability intensifies actions aiming at creating the new regulatory order in the Eurosystem – what arouses serious fears of the weakening the ECB monetary policy efficiency.
