THE MAIN ELEMENTS IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROCESS OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article focuses on the problem of building up the process of change management. A special attention is paid to identifying the elements which are the structural components of the process. The subject of the study is basic theoretical approaches to the identification of the structural elements of the process of change management alongside with the implementation of the system approach to the process of change management at the enterprise. The purpose of the article is to identify the key elements of the process of change management at the enterprise and to specify the relations between them. The study of the theoretical aspects of building up the process of change management in domestic and foreign literature has revealed that the main attention is paid exactly to the process of change management. That's why in the article there's a study of the generalized model of the process of changes which is presented by three interconnected blocks: the current state of an enterprise, the intermediate state, the prospective state. A special attention is paid to specifying the relationship between the process of change management and strategic management. The research has revealed that changes affect an enterprise's strategy which results in forcing the decision-makers to transform the business. That's why the process of management, and to be more exact, the process of change management, is essential. We have identified the following components: "three-dimensional map" of changes, "legislative base" of changes, "documental base" of changes, program of changes, algorithm of the process of changes. Each component of the process of changes has been characterized. In the article we propose to implement the system approach to the process of change management in order to provide the efficient process of change management at an enterprise. System approach considers the influence of both external and internal factors on the process of change management which leads to the change or the transformation of an object at the outlet of the system.
