THE PROFITABILITY ESTIMATION OF INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF RISK

Abstract
In the article the basic problems of investment decisions under uncertainty are disclosed. The purpose of the article is to identify and explain the choice of potential foreign investors and to develop the assessment mechanism of investment decisions profitability under risk. The methodological basis of the article preparation were the works of well-known economists on the research subject. Based on the analysis of methodological tools profitability of international investment at risk the mechanism was done, the main stages are definition of input parameters (indicators characterizing the investment climate in Ukraine); individual investor attitudes determination to change of analyzed indices by assigning weight; definition of the integral indicator on the investment climate in Ukraine; determination of the propensity of foreign investors to the risk (investor’s readiness to decision making under uncertainty). The proposed mechanism to evaluate the international investment usefulness in terms of risk enables investors to consider their priorities such as rate of return, which he wants to invest in particular objects, level of risk that meets the investment subject. The results of the study can be used by enterprises aiming to search and select the potential investors in Ukraine.
