Thermodynamics of Solvation for Nano Copper Sulfate in Mixed DMF–H2O Solvents at Different Temperatures
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering Sciences & Research Technology - Year 30, Vol 3, Issue 9
Abstract
The molar solubility for nano copper sulfate (CuSO4) in different percentages of dimethylformamide (DMF) and water were measured at 292.15, 303.15, 308.15 and 313.15K. From the molar solubilities for nano CuSO4 , the solvation parameters like, activity coefficient, solubility product, free energy of solvation, enthalpy of solvation and entropy of solvation were estimated. All these solvation parameters were discussed.
