Abstract
The paper presents the floating body effects of PD/FD of SOI technology and also discusses the issues behind the effects, gives the clear description of factors effecting floating body such as threshold voltage, drain current, gate-tobody tunneling kink effect. And also shows the merits/demerits of PDSOI/FDSOI.
