USE OF AGGREGATE MINERAL TRIOXIDE, REVOLUTIONARY TREATMENT OPTION FOR DEEP DENTAL CARIES

Abstract
The deep cavity is often presented as a point of no return for proper dental pulp damage. During years it has been searched for the perfect material for dentin insolation between filling material used for filling carious cavity and dentin. Finally mineral trioxide aggregate proved to be a revolutionary in the treatment of deep carious cavities, thus preventing inflammation of the dental pulp.The study was performed on a group of 40 patients who have addressed for treatment at the Therapeutic dentistry Department USMF ,,Nicolae Testemitanu''
