NECESSARY ANALYSIS OF PERFECTION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP POLICIES FOR THE COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH DISABILITY

Abstract
With the stepwise deepening of higher integrated education, more and more people with disability start going to colleges for learning. Many policies have been paid more attention to the college students with disability’ entrepreneurship. The relevant polices for business starting, however, are much simple, only are solutions for partial issues, and have no full protection to the college students with disability during their business starting. The government is required to enhance its policies and perfect the entrepreneurship policies for the college students with disability due to the following factors, including the appeal of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation; the requirement of 13th 5-year Plan to accelerate the career development of the disabled; the development of higher integrated education; many barriers occurring to the college students with disability during entrepreneurship, status quo of business starting and the college students with disability’ entrepreneurship offering employment opportunities for themselves, etc
