Neformalus suaugusiųjų švietimas: ypatumų ir poreikių tyrimas

Abstract
Rekomenduojama: suaugusiųjų švietimo institucijoms plėsti neformalaus mokymų spektrą, diegti įvairesnius kvalifikacijos tobulinimo būdus ir metodus, lanksčiau organizuoti mokymų laiką, taikyti visas įmanomas finansines nuolaidas ir lengvatas; mokyklų vadovams daugiau lėšų skirti pedagogų kvalifikacijai tobulinti, taip pat lanksčiau organizuoti darbo grafiką, sudarant galimybes dalyvauti neformalaus mokymo programose; atlikti mokytojų neformalaus mokymosi poreikių tyrimus; išsamiau informuoti apie neformaliojo mokymosi būdus ir galimybes; didinti motyvaciją mokytis neformaliuoju būdu.
