NEPOTTISM IN THE UKRAINIAN PARLIAMENT: RESEARCH OF MANIFESTATIONS AND WAYS OF OVERCOMING

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of nepotism in the Ukrainian parliament, in particular, the establishment of family ties between the people’s deputies of Ukraine and the assistants of the people’s deputies of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 8th convocation. The nature of the revealed manifestations of nepotism, the current state of Ukrainian legislation, foreign experience of overcoming this phenomenon are analyzed. Proposed ways to overcome nepotism for openness and transparency of the activities of Parliament.
