NEW BUSINESS-MODELS EXISTING DURING THE VIRTUALIZATION OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC

Abstract
The transformational influence of virtualization and development of ICT on the business models of industrial and postindustrial society is analyzed. The peculiarities of functioning of new forms of entrepreneurship based on the principles of sharing economy are investigated. The essence of modern socio-economic innovations is revealed. The practice and existing problems with legal regulation of new socio-economic relations that arise during the implementation of sharing economy projects are studied.
