New challenges in the management of the sports club

Abstract
The article specifies new market trends which stand before enterprises, organizations and institutions connected with sport market. Legal and organi-zational forms of business in the sport sector have been also specified, as well as potentials of investment financing for those enterprises. The article highlights the lack of sufficient knowledge of management and financing among senior staff in sport organizations. The summary of the article focuses on a conclusion that sport is vital for functioning of the economy and social integration, and dictates a new trend leading to commercialization of sports clubs.
