New components of the EU Common Agricultural Policy

Abstract
The scientific andtheoretical analysis of the major changes of the field of common agricultural policy. CAP away from product based support towards producer support and considerations for the environment. New policy framework addresses each of these issues: enhanced competitiveness of EU agriculture and a more sustainable EU agricultur. Necessary is a reasonable program of adaptation of the domestic agricultural sector to EU requirements and to substantiation the state’s role in ensuring its implementation and support of rural development.
