NEW FACE OF FORWARDING IN POLISH ARMED FORCES

Abstract
The functioning of armed forces is inseparably connected with transfers of both personnel and cargo. To properly organise this sphere of the armed forces’ activity requires committing substantial military logistic human resources and assets. International experience indicates that one way to improve efficiency of those processes is to engage specialised economic operators.The article describes co-operation between the Polish Armed Forces and a civilian company Cargoforte in the field of forwarding. In addition, the author attempts to evaluate this co-operation with respect to current market realities.
