Journal Title: Гастроентерологія - Year 2014, Vol 3, Issue 53
Abstract
We have examined 75 patients with liver cirrhosis combined with intestinal dysbiosis, assessed the clinical manifestations of hepatic encephalopathy, neuropsychometric tests, degrees of intestinal dysbiosis and included in the comprehensive treatment a preparation of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium and methylsiliconic acid hydrogel. Inclusion in the comprehensive treatment of these drugs resulted in significantly better reduction of subjective signs of liver cirrhosis, significant normalization of intestinal microbiota, regression of hepatic encephalopathy.
