Abstract
The article deals with transformation of objectives of Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine in sphere of criminal proceedings. The author points change of emphasis in activities of prosecutor’s office towards restriction of objectives and transformation authority in a structure devoid of administrative functions and focused on law en- forcement.
