Nie-zrównoważony rynek mieszkaniowy w Polsce. Analiza danych statystycznych i wskaźnik energii wbudowanej w pieniądz jako nowe narzędzie oceny zrównoważenia

Abstract
W pracy pokazano stan polskiego rynku mieszkaniowego w kontekście współczesnej i historycznej wiedzy o zrównoważeniu. Dane statystyczne wskazują, iż propagowany model wzrostu gospodarczego, w tym również sektora budowlanego nie uwzględnia podstawowych zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju. Proponuje się, aby oprócz sprostowania ewidentnych niezgodności w informacjach przekazywanych przez reprezentantów sektora budowlanego stosować w szacowaniu wpływu inwestycji na środowisko naturalne wskaźnik energii wbudowanej w pieniądz.
