NONCOMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE FIELD OF CHARITY: ORGANIZATIONALAND LEGAL FORMS

Abstract
The article highlights the issues of organizational and legal forms of non-entrepreneurial organizations in the sphere of charity. Characteristics of the charitable organization are singled out. Definition of the corresponding legal category is proposed on their basis and also determined organizational and legal forms.
