Normatively and legal providing of agricultural production wholesale markets activity

Abstract
The expedience of agricultural production wholesale markets functioning governmental regulation is shown. The state of normatively and legal providing of those markets activity is analyzed. The special attention is concentrated on the analysis of the Law of Ukraine provisions “About the wholesale markets of agricultural produce”.
