Нормативно-правове регулювання інституту пробації в України

Abstract
У статті досліджуються нормативно-правові акти, які регулюють інститут пробації в України. Проаналізовані етапи розвитку та становлення інституту пробації в країні, а також детально розглянуті види та мета пробації за національним законодавством. Зокрема авторами звертається увага на особливості пробації щодо неповнолітніх. Наведено низку норм Кримінального, Кримінального процесуального та Кримінально-виконавчого кодексів, до яких було внесено зміни. Виявлені проблемні питання та недосконалості нормативно-правового регулювання пробації, а саме протиріччя між Законом України «Про пробацію» та нормами Кримінального процесуального кодексу України та запропоновані шляхи їх вирішення.
