Nöroloji Pratiğinde Az Rastlanan Bir Olgu: Dekompresyon Hastalığı

Abstract
Dekompresyon hastalığı, çevre basıncının aniden düşmesine bağlı olarak, vücut dokusundaki hareketsiz gazların baloncuk oluşturmasının neden olduğu bir hastalıktır. Bu durum dalgıçlar arasında “vurgun” olarak adlandırılır. Klinik bulguların ortaya çıkışına göre Tip 1 ve Tip 2 olarak iki gruba ayrılır. En sık etkilenen bölge spinal korddur. Dekompresyon hastalığı normal basınçlı ortama yavaş çıkmakla önlenebilir.
