NOTAS SOBRE O ESTADO E A POLÍTICA DE SAÚDE DO TRABALHADOR

Abstract
This essay presents itself as an exercise to think briefly the health policy of the worker from the capital-work ratio, and centers on the Marxian and Marxist theory. Initially, we present the ontological foundations of the state and of the social policies, waving your functionality to the reproduction of capitalist relations of production. Then, we highlight the issue of health worker in capitalism and the state’s response via social policies, which include health policy worker. Our intention is to present a critical reflection on the policy in question, without disregarding it represents a partial and limited achievement of the working class, but no questions the exploitation of capital over labor, leading cause of injuries to workers’ health. Finally, we emphasize that ensuring the health of workers demand an emancipated society free from exploitation of man by man.
